Does anybody know what this is?

I don't often have to ask for help but this one has me stumped. I questioned it on another well-known forum with no response. The quasi-Cord look was quite popular for a while after WW2, and I thought this might be a Healey Duncan Drone, but they all seemed to have cycle wings. I can only assume that it's a well-built special.
It doesn't look all that large, the occupants heads are above windscreen level. Any ideas?
PS NOT THE FERRARI!!

I have to add that this photo probably has a copyright which I've just infringed. Apols to all.

The odd thing is, the rear ebd does slope down like a Drone.
Duncan made bodies on other chassis so could be one of their bodies - the Healey Duncan saloon is the same from the A post back as the Alvis. The registration doesn't show up on my list of Healeys, which isn't complete because it comes from the factory records, which weren't complete either.
