Another mystery car

This one came up on a different forum and has me puzzled.
Obviously the bloke is a bit famous, I think he was in a Beat Combo or something like that.
But what is climbing in too?
The indicator repeater is identical to those used by Alfa Romeo at that time, the general shape might suggest a 2600 Coupe, or a Zagato. But neither seem to fit.

Any ideas?

Citroen DS19. I think the repeater is a Marchal parking light.

The bonnet doesn’t seem quite right, but that might be the angle.
Can’t find out anything about the parking light, but that still looks like an Italian indicator repeater to me.
