I've had a few really nice T16's, grey, black as well as a Ruby.

Serial old Saab owner here (as in owner of old Saabs, not old owner... Oh, wait)
You'd be forgiven for not knowing Carlssons exist because there aren't many around. Made around 1990 and named after Erik Carlsson, Saab's legendary works rally star of the 60s.
These were 3 door turbo 16s cars with 10bhp more than standard (so 185bhp) and were white, red or black. Slightly more lairy bodykit than the standard Aero and sought after today.
I have a 900 T16S Monte Carlo Convertible which is rarer, but tintop 900s seem to hold their value better so the Carly would be worth more now.
A good spot - thanks for posting!

Wow......a white Carly...........can't even begin to think how long since I've seen a white one!

Even when I had my 900SE lpt over 20 years ago, I don't recall ever seeing many white ones, plenty of red ones but not so many black, and hardly any white ones.

This one was at a local show last year, I did have a bit of a chat with the owner and he was talking about colours then.

ETA - photo would help.

I was watching a 9000 Carlsson on ebay for a while, mulling over whether it was worth the risk. Seriously rare and cool cars nowadays
