There’s a guy making panels for these Zs now ... on the continent somewhere I think. I’ll try to find his details.
Truth is, panel availability has never been great and people have been known to import body shells from the drier states of the US to do swaps, or cut out panels etc.

Complete panels, especially inner ones, are often difficult to get for a lot of stuff, and also very difficult to change, which leads to people making repair sections, which further decreases the demand for the complete panel. My last project had really rotten inner rear arches for example, I was looking for some but even if I'd found them I'd only have used them as templates for repair sections.
Add to that, inner panels are very often not so visible, or covered by a decent coat of stonechip, so ideal for repairing rather than replacement.

I haven't seen the car myself so I'm not familiar with it, but I gather that it's quite rusty in a few areas. The inner wings was what I'd been told on the phone.
If there is somebody making panels any details would be appreciated.

Watching shows such as "Car SOS", "Wheeler Dealers", and such like, I watch them cut a section of the badly corroded body out, make a repair patch, weld it in, then rust treat it, prime it, and spray a top coat on it, and in my mind I'm thinking: "That's all very well, but isn't it still just bare metal on the inside? Surely it's just going to rust from the inside out? - Again!"

I tend to put weld-through primer on parts that won't be accessible, to help stop that happening. And then stick a load of cavity wax in there once all the welding is done, of course.mkjess12 said:

Cills/floors/slam panels/arch repairs are a yes.
