Carb balancing - North west

The twin carb bettle engine (in the wife's chisel) is running a little rough, the odd little cough and splutter.

I'm told the carbs might need balancing, a quick Google search suggests this is an art (not a science) requiring long tubes, keen hearing and odd gaurges for vacuum flow measurement.

Therefore to stop me ending up as a post on 'home mechanic cock ups' I'm going to seek professional help.

Can anyone recommend someone who could do it ? Ideally a mobile service that covers East Chshire - willing to pay handsomely, after all happy wife happy life.
