Classic car rust repair

I would like to know if there are any decent places who can do a bit of welding without making big hole in my wallet on my Triumph heralds wheel arches in Surrey (pref near Guildford)i would need the rust spots rectified and then a a mate of mine will do the re-spray at mates rates ( unfortunately he does not have time to attend to the rust)
