I gave £300 for one of those in part exchange for a new Triumph Acclaim in 1983, it went around the back into the cabbage patch and non of the local traders would bid on it. Eventually it took root and was unceremoniously dragged away for scrap. Perfectly good working car when I took it in
Good to see a restoration, apologies for past crimes against our automotive heritage, but that's how it was back in the day.

Lovely looking car, lots more photos please. Are you doing the work yourself or farming it out?
Yeah, I'm doing all the work myself along with a helping hand now & then from my cousin - all work is being carried out at The North East Restoration Club, without thier facilities I would be really struggling . I'll have to play about with the photos as was struggling g to upload oneCheers
