Need someone to set up carbs

I've got Dell'Ortos on my Alfa GTJ and need someone to set them up properly. Any recommendations for a garage in SW London/ Surrey?

I would speak to the guys at Classic Alfa given your location and see who the recommend.

Until I noted your location I was going to thoroughly recommend Peter Burgess, Alfreton (Notts) - he set up the Dells on my Lotus TC and did an absolutely superb job, that was a full half day RR session mind you on a modded engine with ignition mapping, jetting, soldering and drilling but it transformed my Elan.

..if your engine is standard it's not difficult yourself with a good balancer (Morgan Carbtune) and some tweaking of the idles and float heights?
