ID needed for two cars in Gruyères in 1937

You help is needed yet again.
In this postcard we have two cars I'm struggling with. I think the convertible might be a 1937 Hudson Six (though I can't find a pic of a convertible like this one). The saloon with the roof box though defeats me. Any ideas? I think this is 1937/8 and it's definitely taken in Gruyères, Switzerland.
