Classic friendly garage in Brighton? Fiat 500

Anyone got any recommendations on a reputable classic car friendly garage in or immediately around Brighton? I have a 1973 Fiat 500 that needs some diagnostics and probably a thorough tuning check.
I know they are quite simple, but I am helping the owner out who isn't very savvy at the oily bits.

Friends with aircooled VWs use this place - looks like a bit of a grotty shed but are reputed to know what they're doing.

There's also
Sussex sportscars . I have no idea if they are good or not, I'm thinking about taking mine there to be tuned as at the moment it's only tuned based on my ears and plug colour.
