Owners club list

I looked for an owners club I used to belong to, the information about it is approximately 20-25 years out of date.

Then I looked for an owners club I am currently a member of, it isn't included.

Isn't this just a list of clubs which are involved / registered for the V765 scheme, those who are approved to provide information to the DVLA when people have registration queries / difficulties - for example when trying to recover an original registration for a car that's been off the road for decades?
