Mystery convertible

I live in Nottingham and I'm a member of a "Nottingham Old Pictures" FB group.

This has just been posted on the group. Picture was probably taken mid 60's.

I don't know much about classic British cars but I think the Rover in the foreground was launched in '63.

Anyway, any idea what the small convertible is, 7 cars from the right?
