How does the Delorean compare to the Espirit?

Similar vintage. Similar size, weight, power, engine layout etc.

Beautiful garage btw.

I'm not sure that either the power or the weight were 'similar'

That's quite a set-up you have there. I've never seen a Delorean sitting next to an Esprit before, it looks massive in comparison.

I'm with you on the RC8, one day the world will take up an realise how special these bikes are.

chalk and cheese.

The Esprit for a 43 year old car is still fast, responsive and agile. Handles great.
The delorean is like an american muscle car without the oomph, but I love it.

I was just meaning the Delorean is rear engined while the Lotus is mid engined.
