Which attainable car from your youth would you still like?

A hotted-up Anglia for me, please.
I won't do it, but I like the fact that it still intrigues me.
The spec I can still reel off for you: Classic struts and discs, 5 1/2 Js, 1650 pushrod - or a Lotus Twin Cam! - with a bullet box from a 2000E.
I even enjoyed typing the words.

Was a smart classic 3 box car design and a nice drive even in standard 1500 Minx spec.
Also wish i still had my FD Ventora, 4 speed manual with overdrive which for some reason worked on all gears.
One car i watched that had a profound influence on me was at the Guards Intl Saloon car race at Brands, circa 1969/70 i'd have been 14 at the time with my father, Supercharged BMW2002 which just about trounced everything elese there, but instead of a high revving loud exhaust racket it whistled past almost silently in comparison.

Renault 5 turbo 2. I had one in the mid eighties, awful seats [ replaced ] engine characterful but no overly powerful but the handling and ride were, back then, from another planet, it steered Very well to.
My now 37 year old 6,4" son was carried in his carry cot strapped down on the rear parcel shelf a few times, probably why he has no interest in cars
