I am in the process of buying an old 1960 ish scooter, that has no logbook or paperwork and no reg. How do i go about getting a reg number and registering it?
Get it MOTd on the chassis number, then apply for log book. DVLA may say it has a reg already but if it's been off the road since the 60s they will most likely just issue a new period reg, along with v5.
