Further to my earlier question about R8s and R10s, can anyone confirm this is a 10? The angle isn't the best to judge the front and rear overhangs, which are longer on the 10.

Thanks again

Looks like a 10 to me. You can just make out the triangular return from the oblong headlamps on the front wing.

Definitely a 10. The 8 had a much shorter nose.

10.
Apparently according to my French family they work well with a bag of cement up front!

I also think it's a 10, but an earlier one with the round headlamps which had the side lights and indicators on their outer edge, with their chrome strip into the wing. The 8, as far as I know, only had round headlights, which didn't encroach into the wing corners.

The side strip with upturned front was a 10 feature *I think*.

I believe you're right.
Also the later 10, post 1967, has oblong headlamps & straight wing moldings.

You can tell from the side by the trim behind the window on the back door, the 8 didn't have it. My dad's first car was a 10, it was written off through a hedge!

20 years later he went through a phase of wanting another one...the green one he had painted white, to replicate his first car, and it was affectionately known as 'the fridge' throughout my childhood! MWV went to the scrappy and 911 EUF became RNJ which he's had since 1997.

A fairly decrepit example for sale in Thailand

I had assumed that this would have been a Laotian built example, until I saw this
