Does anybody know of any classic car clubs where they organise drives like the super car clubs?

Everything I have been able to find so far are all show / event based rather than involving much driving!

Have a look at the HRCR (Historic Rally Car Register) 'Scenic Tours' series.

Also called 'Touring Assemblies', they are non-competitive navigational events organised by individual clubs around the country. We've been entering them for the last three years, they're very enjoyable and not too taxing on car, driver or navigator.

You'll probably find that local car or motor clubs also include at least one scenic tour in their calendar and various branches of one-make owners club, e.g. MGOC invite entries from other marques and clubs.

The epitome of "Clubs that do things" might be Club Triumph. Their Round Britain Reliability Run is (allegedly) non-competitive, but involves non-stop driving from a South East start to John O'Groats, to Lands End and back to the start, all in 48 hours, AND the Ten Countries Run which similarly visits ten countries of Europe in the same time frame. The latter does allow one overnight stop on the way.

See: https://www.clubtriumph.co.uk/rbrr/ The next 10CR will be in 2024.
