Comrade Dad: Rovda

One of these things that appeared in Facebook. I don't recall "Comrade Dad" (George Cole in Soviet occupied London) at all. What ever happened to his car? A Rover P6 cut n shut welded to a Skoda 120?






Besides becoming a tin of corned beef, what happened to this monstrosity? In the one episode in which it appeared, it does appear to move under its own power, completing a ridiculously wide U-turn.

Which end had the engine, neither I suspect.

(Went looking at a Metro back around 1990(?). Wallsend area. Was so obviously a cut and shut I walked away.)

I'd have been inclined to use the other ends, resulting in a twin engined 4WD beast.
