Classic beetle restoration - any recommendations

Hi

I am finally ( after 25 years) thinking of getting my 69 beetle restored. Any recommendations for a good place that will do it properly? Been to so many that just want to pull her apart and respray her. Need a refurbishment rather than show resto! appreciate any help.
