Just seen this, what is it?

We were visiting a castle in the Czech Republic and saw this monstrosity parked next to the entrance of the hotel adjacent.
No idea what it is, seems to be based on something large. Looks too good for a kit car so I’m thinking it is something that has been especially made, probably not many of them.

EDIT: At least I thought he did. Turns out it was a Zimmer (based on a Fox body Mustang) but standing toe to toe with the Excalibur on taste and subtlety...

It is in excellent condition and may belong to the hotel. I tried to ask but unbelievably no one spoke English! We really have lost our standing in the world
