Looks like a Ferrari based replica of the Reliant Scimitar SS1.

Micholetti designed both, if I recall correctly: pretty certain it's the real thing, NART played with a number over the years.

The more I look the more I see it, and I've got a wedge but thought of the SS1 first

Much as I'd like more power in my SS1 (1300cc Ford CVH) I doubt that V12 is the right way to go.
