Yes, that's the series. Hastings was referring to a man from the BBC.

Saw a most wonderful AC on a Poirot over the weekend. Not sure of the model but a red pre-war (I guess) convertible. I always smile at his name by the way. Saying "Inspector Leek" doesn't quite have the same ring to it!

The word for a leek in French is spelled - poirEAU smile.
