I don't now about an online resource but by far the best book for this information is a two volume set Le Rallye Monte Carlo 1911 - 2000 by Maurice Louche. It was quite expensive!
Are you looking for anything specific in that time period as I do have the book and other resources with Monte Results in.

During those days I think it was known as a number of different things. Off the top of my head they called it:ACM Rallye Historique

It was entered as a Fairthorpe Electron Minor. Had the start number of 206 and started from Paris. Engine capacity was 948cc.
