Alfa Romeo 158 wheels

Anyone happen to know if the wheels on an Alfa Romeo 158 are anything like the same size as on a Ferrari 250 Testarossa?
I'm looking for wire wheels for a model 158, but I can only find ones for a 250TR that look anything like. The 158 ones look like about 18" diameter, no idea on width.
