As a matter of interest, did the British equivalent (Thames 15 cwt) ever have sliding front doors like the CA Bedfords of the time?
Used to have one in the early 70's (think it had a 1703 c.c. Consul engine?) but can't remember much about it now, or the rest of the early 70's in fact.
