Electric fuel pump overhaul

The original electric fuel pump on my 404 Cabriolet died (it was 47yrs old!!)I`ve fitted a modern motor sport type in-line pump which works fine.I would prefer to have the old original back on and RELIABLE! to keep the car looking 1964 Peugeot original,also this pump was designed to supply the Kugelfischer injection pump.Can anyone recommend a company that can overhaul very old electric motors like this?
