PLI, risk asses, method statement at living history event
Discussion
I've applied and been accepted to exhibit a living history event.
The organisers have asked for :-
● Public Liability Insurance
● PAT certificate (if applicable) - living history only
● Risk assessment (including fire risk) and method statement - living history only
I think PLI comes under the vehicle insurance, and PAT applies to electrical installations which I don't need.
But have you any suggestions what the RA and method statements should consist of ?
Thanks

Not sure you'll get much response with such a vague post.
I'm guessing, by the term Living History, this is a WW2 era event, and you are displaying a ex-mil vehicle?
The RA etc is usually aimed at group display's rather than a single vehicle, so it really depends on what the event is, what the display types are etc.
If you are displaying a vehicle on its own in a static vehicle area, a bit like a normal classic car show, I would say none of that applies, and uts just a pack they send out to everyone by default.
However, if you are displaying a vehicle as part of a living history group display, then it will be the group that needs to complete the RA etc., as part of the display being public access etc.
As I say, you are too light on details to help really.
