R.I.P....... Phil Lynott.....
Discussion
I didn't even know he was dead.....
Which is a bit remiss, particularly as I spent 10 years bemoning the passing of David Crosby, only to find out last year that he was still (just about) with us.
So, Lynott died about 19 years ago.... About the same time as Keef Richards, then.
Except that Keef gets out of his coffin a couple of times a year to frighten the yoof of today....
Cheers

Keef's been treated with Linseed oil and shellac, he'll outlast most of us.
Well, he might pass on eventually but he'll maintain a lovely shine.

He used to live at the end of my road so used to see him about in the local shops.
Here is a weird and grim forum to keep up on the latest deaths if you are that way inclined...

Bit of a bummer if your name is on this list.

So, he's still dead then?
I am afraid so.
The latest prognosis is that he is likely to be dead for a while.
I was quite upset the first time he died, I don't think I could stand it happening again.
Best gig I EVER saw, Lizzy at Ipswich Gaumont 1977.
People talk about 'Frontmen' and Jagger and Mercury and even Bono get a mention, but none could hold a candle to Philo.
