Getting rid of Pops Ups ads.....

This is doing my head, anyone has any advise how to blocks these pops ups ?
I used both Sybots as well as Adaware SE to clean out Spyware and the like, but still get
ads for online casinos, cheap Viagra and offer to download shite...... Any advises or program to stop this ?
