The BMW has gone into the garage for some minor cosmetic work (pranged in a carpark) at least the other driver left their details.
Missus was told by the dealer that we would get a mini as a courtesy car - fancied a spin in one of them

I have, adorning my drive, in all ist glory a custard/baby sick yellow Audi A2 with brigh yellow upholstry and an engine that couldnt eye up a rice pudding and scare it!

Thing is, as I drive along, pople actually think I chose this!!!

I bought an E34 M5 with full service history for approx £5k......do you think i should trade it in for a more desirable 1 series? being that it is more practical/economical and erm new?

I heard that they (and the X3) are not selling very well. Having said that, I seem to see a lot of X3's (surprising how they're instantly recognisable vs X5) but I've only seen 1 1-Series on the road.

Along with the latest 7-series, 6-series and 5-series. They're all ugly now IMO. Why they had to deface a refined and classic looking car is beyond comprehension

Eh, I saw a few when I was around over Christmas. I didn't think it was at all bad, somewhat M coupe-ish. In pictures its awful though.

I have always liked the new 5 series

I reckon it makes the old one look dumpy and old fashioned...

The only wierd bit is the boot and rear wing shoulder.... But ok it the car is black or dark blue as you don't notice it.

BMW have lost the plot, big time, regarding their car design! I've got a 330 and I'll probably replace it this year and I'm thinking of buying a decent Audi A4 - think I'll test drive one in the next few weeks!

What are you talking about!?!?! OK. It's not that great looking but it'll handle a million times better! It's rear wheel drive for starters.

I'm sorry but a 1 series will eat a Golf for breakfast....
