Wonders of modern IT!
Discussion
I'm presently looking to rent a flat in manchester for a few months while on a short contract. As such i've been looking online to see whats available. I found a really nice estate agents site that had lots of useful features. Including the ability to book viewing appointments for properties online (fantastic thinks I).
How this works is that you fill in an online form with your details and requirements and then you get an email back saying:
If you would like to view any property please contact our office on 0161 *******.
Thankyou (sic)
Why don't they have a little notice on their website saying "don't use this feature as its a waste of bloody time, just call us and we might be able to help you"
No real point to this thread, it just struck me as stupid and mildly irritating.

IT?
Well I'm posting this from next door on my work laptop running a VNC session via Wi-Fi to my main machine while drinking a beer.
Now that's IT working.
I can't do it from the mobile phone as the VNC runs over bluetooth and I'm a bit too far away. I *could* run it over GPRS, but it's painfully slow.....
Sorry. I'll just killmeself quietly shall I?
