I don't think the Japanese at the bottom says "Hello Sphincter" anyway, I can't see 'Hello' in it (actually Good Day, 'Konichiwa' is the normal greeting but that doesn't fit either.) but I have no idea what Sphincter is in Japanese, "clackhole" probably.

Last time I was in Japan I found some food called Hello Kitty Colon (I didn't buy it), maybe the two products are related in some way?

'Hello Kitty' is HUGE in Japan. My wife has sold the odd bit over here but tends to concentrate on Betty Boop.

Hamtaro and Mashimaro are also pretty big too.

(It's scary the kind of useless information that can find its way into one's brain)

Sigh.

I knew it wasn't real, but. Ooo, I shall be emailing him back!

A mate of mine is actually starting a bussiness up importing this sort of stuff into the UK, the suggestion been is "Hello kitty" could become big here as well (although I fail to see the attraction myself).

Bollocks, I thought I was onto something then

"Hello Kitty" stuff has been availabe in the UK for years, can't see why there would be any increase in the demand now. But, what the hell do I know, I'm not in the right age bracket to buy it.

Ah, another fellow sufferer.

Has she signed up to get a Hello Kitty email address yet?

it's not the "Hello Kitty" stuff they will be importing, it's all the Japanese toys that are pretty much a novelty over here.

Not entirely sure of the bussiness model/plan only that it involves something like that
