Southend Hotel Required

Preferably near(ish) to Roots Hall. Town centre would do. Parking would be good too, but I'll be taking the shed, so not the end of the world.

Anybody got any suggestions?

there is a travel inn buy the big tesco roundabout as you go into towards southend about 1 mile from the football ground try 08701 977235, or a premier lodge on the seafront the thorpe bay end 0870 990 6370.

stay away from a hotel called the hope!!!!!

The Balmoral in Valkyrie Road (Westcliff, south of London Road) used to be nice, my mates parents used to own it - also had parking round the back.

Only joking, avoid the palace like the plague.

The County Hotel, Aviation Way, just down the road from Tesco's and better than Travel Inn.
