Traffic Cops....the N/W TV programme

Had to laugh at this....Anybody else see it?
Citroen Saxo driver who looks about 17 with a hairlip, understeers on a left hand bend straight into a ditch and miraculously doesn't kill either himself, his male passenger, their 2 girlfriends or any other road user in the process. Both he and his passengers, were fully chavved up in sports clothing and rockport etc etc.
The traffic cop, gets the call to go and attend and when he turns up proceeds to give the youngster a lesson in life and how best to look after himself and his passengers in the future etc etc.
Checks the car over and sure enough 2 bald tyres on the front, ie. excess speed, understeering fwd car therefore straight on into ditch. Gives the youngster another lecture.
So the youngster asks "can you take the girlfriends home?"
Copper says "where do they live?"
youngster says "stoke on trent"
Copper says "sorry Mate, we're cheshire Police and could probably only take them as far as Macclesfield"
youngster "how they going to get home then?"
Copper "you/they got any money?"
youngster's mate's bird "I've got 15p"
Copper "is that it?"
Youngster "here, here's another 5p", and tosses it to his mate's bird
Copper gives him another lecture on making sure that when he travels out to have sufficient funds or means to be able to ensure his passenger's safety etc.
The copper had to make himself sound like a 15 year old schoolboy for the guy to understand him.
Recovery truck turns up (arranged by the Police) and recovers them all to their destination, at quite a considerable cost I should think.

I drove past that very accident while the BiB was in attendance. Its a great left hander just before you get to the cat and fiddle pub. Its well cheveroned, there's no adverse camber and the surface is perfect. Its a good 3rd gear corner; slow in, fast out. He must have gone into the corner 50mph plus to do that. What a pillock! Made me laugh when he said non of them had any money
