Just seen the news and the media seem intent on linking Jodi Jones' murder with Marilyn Manson DVDs owned by her boyfriend (who has just been convicted of the crime).
Once again, the blame is passed onto a token "demon".
I own the same DVD and won't be murdering anyone because of it.

when i was growing up i was watching films like 'the burning','i spit on your grave',hellraiser' and the such.......i have never gone out and set someone on fire,cut someones cock off and given it back to them,minced people with a boat propellor,disembowelled someone with rusty hooks on long chains or smashed anyones brains out with a sledgehammer.....i also watch bruce lee films too but it doesnt mean i'll be punching someones lungs through their arsehole (not at the moment anyway).
he knew what he was doing.....he had his own judgement to know if what he was about to do was right or wrong,yet he still went ahead with it.....this has feck all to do with manson...if they had blamed barry manilow's 'copa cobanna' for some little cockend shooting a bloke for getting up-close-and-personal with his woman,do you think the headline would have even appeared??
if im ever caught out for murder i'll blame the wurzells....i'll say that the lyrics from 'ive got a brand new combine harvester' gave me the idea to be-head a tree-hugger with a sythe,tie his torso by its intrails to a tree and then dance around the tree whilst being dressed as a morris dancer!.

I believe it was the prosecution who made these links and not the media, it formed part of the evidence.
