Just got back from the gig at Hammersmith. If you are thinking about going, and into their music, it was awesome. One of the best gigs I've ever been to. They also played 3 Stone Temple Pilots songs and 3 GnR songs. Given this is the music I grew up with, I was in heaven!

Lucky you! Was going to go but other things got in the way - what were the G'n'R songs? I know they've been doing It's So Easy, Mr. Brownstone and Used To Love Her on the tour so far.

Slash is a bad boy! He said the "F" word on Wossys show on R2 at lunchtime.

Yep those are what they played tonight too. Thought they were going into 'You Could Be Mine', but then the drums changed...

Stone Temple pilot songs, I can't really remember the names of =/ Crackerman was the first one, but I'd have to listen to the album again to work out the others.

Anyway it was a brilliant gig. Probably as good as when I saw GnR at Milton Keynes back in 92 or whenever it was. Back then you could barely see the band (why I hate stadium rock), this was way more intimate. Scott Weiland is a nutter too. Campest front man since Jagger!

Scott Weilant wants to be Rob Halford so badly it hurts! I wouldn't be surprised if he turned up with a whip and a few more studs in his jacket on the next tour!

Listened to my STP album in the car today. Identified that they played sex type thing last night. Haven't got the name of the last song yet as its on a later album I think.

God that was a good concert. You owe it to yourselves to get tickets if you can! They had so much stage presence, it was amazing. You could really see the contrast from the warmup band (Datsun). Could have done without the 1 hour wait for them to come on though.

WE'RE ALL SLAVES TO THE BIG MACHINE. dah da dah

Crackerman & Sex type thing are the two they always play

Thought they played one more too, but dunno, maybe its a VR song and I didn't pay enough attention
