Does anyone know anything about the event at Crewe Works over the weekend of 10-11 September 2005. I read in a railway mag late last year about this - a large gathering of significant Crewe built locos but can find no website for this or mention of it anywhere else. So ...

Is this on?
Is there a website?

71000 Duke of Gloucester - this is of interest to all you Type-R/S2000 types for herein lies one of the original applications of your variable valve timing.
