David -----> Ted: Why?

Probably a daft question, but that's never stopped me before.

Was just hooking up Mrs Beano's new bargain DVD player, reached for something to test it with and found a DVD with some excellent dude rock music on.

But why did David Turner get changed to Ted Turner?

And I thought a moment ago, but I've forgotten now, of another "David" who's a "Ted" ()

So how does that work then?

There's a 12 pie limit on a David. After that you're a Ted.

A - it was still in existence

B - why it was still open.
