I spent hours and hours googling and e-mailing balloon companys about them, They would indeed be great for the Le Mans run.

If anyone knows the supplier, please post details.

Suppose the problem comes when you stop at the lights and they all spring upwards. Wonder if they could be remotely reeled in and out, so they actually hit your car when you stop
