What is there to complain about? Everything's very professionally put together and run, it all works and its free!

Well, I find it totally unacceptable that you are not prepared for such issues. I demand you publish your address and private telephone number incase we need PH back online.

Some of us rely on PH, and as such you have a duty of care to ensure such a mission critical system is always 100% available

Must just be me then. When i click on teds profile thats what appears. I'll log off and back on again! These are the sort of little niggling technical faults that has me complaining to Ted on such a regular basis!

Fixed it now. Was trying to sort his profile pic out and loaded it onto mine by mistake.
