I've been chasing a potential business opportunity with a company in the states and much as I'd love to fly to Seattle, I've got the chance to meet with the MD in Rome in about 10 days which would be far less hassle all round. So, as the place in Piazza Novona that I was thinking of I can't seem to find the details of, can anyone suggest a good restaurant in about the same area?

Just go for a trattoria... keep away from the tourist places if possible...

Da Baffetto - just West of the Piazza. Probably not the best place for a business meeting, but it is the best damn pizzeria in Rome

There is one opposite the Pantheon - granted it is slightly less garish then the normal chav-city in UK, but it's McDonalds ok (and it's got a toilet )

McDonalds by Trevi Fountain, said to be the biggest in Italy. Great ice cream, but beyond that.....
