Chaps,

Got dragged into an office conversation just now with the girls, and can confirm that the favourite chocolate bar of the 5 in our office is an Aero. Much lamented brands which (apparently) are now unobtainable are the wispa (remember them?) and the orange aero (which I loved.)

What's your favourite?

Oli.

King sized twix, got a better biscuit/caramel/chocolate ratio than the normal one.

Also Fry's peppermint cream!

Why did George Michael have brown fingers?
He was careless with his wispas.

Double Decker

A good solid confection with its feet on the ground.

You know where you are with a Double Decker...

Mint Aero, definitely.

And Dawn French can keep those Terry's Oranges.

Raisin and Biscuit Yorkie. For some reason as rare as hens teeth these days.

Good call. Another fine chocolate and by far the best Yorkie ever.

Dark Chocolate Bounty or Topic (especially if it's been in the fridge).

Toblerone is my fave chocolate chocolate at the moment, but this can also vary to Dairy Milk or Galaxy.

Agreed. Current favourite is the Cadbury bar with crunchy bits (technical description). Not the whole nut or fruit and nut, but always displayed alongside them.

Love Wispas but you can't seem to get them anymore!

Very partial to a Kit Kat Chunky that has been in the fridge chilling off.

[Pedant mode on]

Please stop calling all that stuff chocolate, it isnt.

If you check the ingredients you will find that it is between 18% and 26% cocoa, chocolate has to be 33% minimum.

For some reason they are able to get away with labelling it chocolate in the UK, elsewhere it would be illegal. The correct term for 95% of Cadburys output would be brown coloured candy with a teeny bit of choccy in it.

Cadburys do actually make chocolate, but it is less than 5% of their total output. As the nice man at Cadbury World will agree, Ironically they dont make much chocolate, just tons of Diary Milk, Galaxy etc etc.
