Not the phallic kind!

Well actually thinking about it...

Our favorite person, mr obsessive Richard Brunstromstuffer himself has been out of the papers for a while.

Did someone up high tell him to shut the fk up or is he having a break from being an anal retentive?

In 1990, he moved to Greater Manchester Police as a Superintendent serving initially in Old Trafford/Stretford and then the Moss Side/Longsight areas. He regularly commanded the policing of Manchester United and Manchester City Football Clubs, and acquired extensive operational experience policing areas of inner city deprivation. Latterly he was Divisional Commander at Bury.

He was appointed as an Assistant Chief Constable in Cleveland in September 1995 and was subsequently promoted to Deputy Chief Constable in that Force.

He joined North Wales Police at the beginning of 2000 and was appointed Chief Constable of the Force in January 2001.

He is an active member of the Association of Chief Police Officers as the Head of Road Policing, and is responsible for drugs treatment systems for the police service in Wales.

He issues worry beads to his officers.

What other treatments is he slipping them....?

Why do his officers need treatment anyway......?
