Just got a BT bill for my broadband and telephone - £165 the quarter.
Thought there must be a cheaper option, and boy is there!
Talk Talk have saved me over £60 a quarter and improved the package. The guy who set me up even gave me his name and direct number in case I had any questions. He also said there was no minimum contract period for the phone line - fantastic! Okay I'm tied into the broadband for 12 months, but at £12 a month for unlimited 512kbps who's complaining?
Of course BT tried to convince me to stay with a £5 a month discount, but for once I'd like to laud it for the Carphone Warehouse. Proper service with attention to detail.
