Ive got a meeting with a recruitment consultancy tomorrow as im looking for a career change. Should i treat it like an interview?? Suit and all the bits???
yep, the more seriously they take you, the better potential jobs they'll think of for you, also i think it changes your attitude if wearing a suit. good luck.
Remember if it's a normal recruitment company, their customer is the "employer" not you. As such, they're usually keen to send people that will reflect well on their agency.
