I have smears twice a year, and have never had a pregnancy test at the same time.
Smear results take about 5 weeks.
Pregnacy tests are either done with a urine sample, results immediate, or a blood test which is about a week, you normally go to the path lab for one of these.
I can't help you with abortion part as I no expierence of this.

Any Doc who gets an abortion arranged and done in less than a week is back street!
I think you are supposed to allow a small amount of time for evidence (of health and circumstances) and for the mother to change her mind.

I reckon one of the PH GPs could help you with the termination question.
As far as the rest is concerned, I concur with my learned colleagues.
On the other small matter though - your mate will only see what he wants to see. It doesn't matter how it looks from your point of view, if a girl's being dishonest with him and he doesn't want to believe it, then he won't believe it.
