Dear Sir/Madam,

My heartfelt congratulations to you and all your staff for so succesfully getting a yacht to leave the UK on 28th of November 2004, sail 27,354 miles around the world and arrive back 72 days later - a truly remarkable achievement - well done.

Could you possibly let me know when my new kitchen, that I ordered from you some 96 days ago, will be arriving from your *******ham wharehouse some 13 miles distant?

LOL, thats the second time i've read that this week

The first was in a trade magazine i picked up at a local JEWSONS depot, the staff there thought it was quite funny too

its a spoof,but the Daily Star managed to find one of B&Qs 500,000 daily customers who had a problem with a bathroom delivery and did a spread
