Does anyone know where I can get a bin liner holder?

You know the black bin liners? Right, what I want is one of those circular hoops that stands proud of a wall, that the bin liner dangles from. So the top of the bag is always open. A bit like a large kiddies fishing net but without the stick.

It would be great if the hoop could fold down to allow me to get past it if needs be, but thats not important as I can always make up a hinge for it.

Thats not too far away, but it will be inside (under the stairs) behind a door, so I could do with a slightly tidier looking one.
