Ok, lets get this straight...the Telegraph did a Poll and only 1313 people with nothing better to do were interested enough to respond! and because 2/3rds of those sad gits liked the idea that means that 2/3rds of the population likes it???
The only statistic they have gathered is that out of their own readership of 2.5million people, just over a thousand of them give a shit either way
And they somehow see it as 2/3rds of the population is in favour!
