Working for a bully
Discussion
My son has ended up in another job run by a little hitler, my god the world seems full of them. He comes home stressed out and angry because this little
calls him stupid, he has to do so many drops that he doesn't have time for a break and constantly has to work unpaid overtime, he started in October and they still won't give him a contract. I really want to do this guy some damage or drop his business in the cack.
If my son reports to the doc that he doesn't want to go back because of the stress and the bullying will it make any difference?

Don`t think he`s been there long enough for constructive dismissal, but you can drop the firm in the cack. By law, he should have a contract after 13 weeks - big fine for not complying. Is he working for a small company , or a branch of national?
Steve
A local firm, they also tell the guys to load the firm using a forklift without any training. Who do we see about this then?

Two options, bite your tounge and get on with it or find a new job.
I spend the last 5 years working for a guy that would throw his toys for any reason. Not so much at people but his demenor just ment that people did not want to be around him. I bit my tounge and got on with it, as I liked the work, the people, the company and the money wasnt bad. I found that if I threw my self into the work, kept my head down it was not to bad. Trouble was he just kept pushing more and more work on me so ended up stressed and worn out by the end of the day.
I changed jobs 5 months ago and I like the new job, the people, company, money AND my boss is a good guy. I come home earlier and am happier.

You need to contact the HSE for that one an inspector can put a prohibition order on moving goods until FLT licenses are in place. If they employ more than 5 then he must have a policy in place and he must have completed risk assessments for all areas of operation. From what you have said it sounds like he will fall short of the laws expectations on most of these counts

It really does amaze me that people with such poor social skills get into positions of authority. It's bad enough having to deal with them, let alone work for them.
Tell him to leave now.
There are plenty of driving jobs about with good companies.
-No Contract after 13 weeks?
This guy is using your son's good nature.
